Good morning and happy Friday! I was trying to think for a couple of weeks already a good topic to write about. Usually, my inspiration comes from something that I’ve been dealing with recently or things that have happened in the past that I believe are important to share.
Lately though, it feels like my life is a little bit uneventful…is that a good thing or a bad one? Not sure yet, but I am trying to make the most of it.
I was talking to a friend two days ago that I respect and have much love for. He is a go-getter in his own terms and doesn’t seem to back down when life hits him hard. I’ve known him for about 15 years now and to this day I keep learning about him.
The main topic of the conversation was about following your gut. He made a huge decision that will not only impact his life but of his family as well and all I could think of was wow he has some guts to just sort of go into the unknown again. This made me reflect on myself, my limitations and what I wanted to do. That’s the thing though, I feel a little blocked. I don’t know what to do. Yes, I have some future plans but everything is very uncertain with no plans and we all know ideas without plans just never come to reality.
Just to make it a short blog post, I want us to reflect on ourselves, what we think our limitations are and what is the next step we can take to come out it when we feel stuck. I encourage you to make a list of the things you’ve been thinking of doing from health, exercising, work, taking a course, going back to school, taking that next step in your relationship, whatever it is that you are unsure of but that can make a huge difference in your life now or down the road. DO IT! I know I will be writing my down today!
